DESIGN TEAM 
George Pellettieri
President
gpellettieri@pellettieriassoc.comGeorge is a seasoned veteran of nearly 40 years experience in broad areas of Landscape Architecture, including
residential, commercial, and institutional projects. He began the design-build-firm of Pellettieri Associates Inc. in
1983. Under his leadership, PAI has grown to be recognized as one of the most highly regarded and award winning LA companies
in the State of New Hampshire. He holds Landscape Architecture licenses from New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts,
and Maryland and is also CLARB certified.
He is a Full Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
Other professional associations include Professional Landcare Network (formerly ALCA - Associated Landscape Contractors of
America), Granite State Landscape Architects, Plan NH, The Arnold Arboretum, Founding Member and past president of NHLA (New
Hampshire Landscape Association), and former chairman of Warner planning board. He has served on the governors Commission
to Study the Comprehensive Shoreline Protection Act, the National Advisory Council for Entrepreneurship Education, Board of
Directors for Leon Pearson Scholarship Award and is currently on the Board of Directors for The Fells in Newbury NH.
His strong background in site evaluation and planning, horticulture, park development, campus planning and construction,
began with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in 1970 from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse,
NY. He has lectured as an adjunct professor at the UNH Thompson School, NH Technical Institute and has appeared
before numerous Green Industry Associations, Garden Clubs and professional organizations.
George has also appeared
on HGTV “Great American Gardens” for “Alice’s Garden” at the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture
Park in Lincoln, MA. He has been published in the “Old Farmers Almanac,” “The Swimming Pool”
(Simon and Schuster), and the Perfect Home Book Series, “Leading Residential Landscape Professionals”.
Personally, George Resides in Warner, NH and enjoys spending time with his wife, his two dogs, 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

Greg M. Grigsby, ASLA
Senior Landscape Architect/ Project Manager

Greg has an Associates of Applied Science in Landscape Development from SUNY Cobleskill and a Bachelor of
Landscape Architecture from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, NY. He possesses landscape
architecture licenses in Connecticut and New Hampshire and is also CLARB certified. He is a Full Member of the American
Society of Landscape Architects and has been recognized as a Distinguished Landscape Alumnus by SUNY Cobleskill.
Greg has over 20 years of experience relative to the profession of Landscape Architecture, with strong capabilities in site
design, grading, drainage and horticulture. Greg’s employment with PAI spans well over a decade; with specialization
in executive level residential properties, shorelands/ wetlands permitting and institutional projects. Many of the projects
he has managed have gone on to win national awards.
Among the many professional associations he belongs to, Greg
has served as the Chairman of the Granite State Landscape Architects for 4 years. Under his tenure as Chair, he successfully
moved a Landscape Architecture Licensure bill through the state legislature in an unprecedented single legislative session.
He is also a founder and Vice President of the New Hampshire Shorefront Association, which seeks to balance private property
rights while maintaining high water quality in the lakes, rivers and streams of NH.
In addition to being an adjunct
professor at the New Hampshire Technical Institute, Greg has given presentations for the University of New Hampshire, the
University of NH Cooperative Extension and the New Hampshire Landscape Association. He is a “core group”
member of the AIA 150 taskforce, developing a prototype development in Durham, which could be a model for development throughout
the country. He has served on many juries for professional design awards and flower shows throughout New England and
was the lead testifier for the landscape legislation in NH.
Christopher Kessler, ASLA
Project Manager
Chris holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts
Amherst. Having interned with PAI in 2007, he was asked to join the company full time in 2008. Along with a strong design
sense, Chris brings an extensive knowledge of digital media & computer graphics. He also brings a strong understanding
of site grading, site layout, CSPA and wetlands permitting, construction detailing and planting plans.
Aside
from his work at PAI, Chris is an avid cyclist, mountain biker, hiker/camper, telemark skier, hockey player and volunteer
fire fighter.

Brian Muchow
Landscape Designer
Brian has a BA degree in Fine Arts, from Colorado State University,
as well as an MLA University of Virginia. Office experience in New England and San Francisco Bay area LA firms. Model building
experience in Colorado architect's office. Summer intern at Arnold Arboretum. Strong interest in plants and planting design.
Brian’s interests include photography, hiking, cross-country skiing, backpacking and enjoying the outdoors with
his wife Melanie.

Christine Daniels
Office Manager
cdaniels@pellettieriassoc.comChristine came to PAI in April of 2000 with over 10 years of Office Management experience. If you ask her,
she’ll tell you that filling the role of Office Manager is as rewarding as it is challenging. Chris will complete
her A.S. in Business Management this summer, and continue on for her B.S. in the fall. Ultimately, she is working
toward her MBA with an eye toward teaching adult education business management classes while still working at Pellettieri
Associates, Inc.
Personally, Chris enjoys fishing, building custom fly and spin rods, fly tying, camping,
backpacking, snowmobiling, reading, and has found a new hobby in woodworking and lathe work. Chris is a past president
of the Warner Fall Foliage Festival, board of director and education committee chairman for the Kearsarge Area Chamber of
Commerce, past secretary for the Kearsarge Trail Snails Snowmobile Club, and an active member of a number of other civic organizations
within the town of Warner.
CONSTRUCTION TEAM
Joseph Geisler NHCLP
Construction Manager
Joseph "Joe" Geisler holds a Bachelors Degree of Landscape Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and State University and a Professional Certificate of Landscape Design from New Hampshire Technical Institute.
As the construction manager he oversees all constructions operations. He has experience in construction administration, estimating,
site layout, detailing, grading and drainage, low voltage lighting and planting design. His goal at PAI is to expand knowledge
and productivity for his team, through education and practical experience.
Aside from his contributions at
PAI, Joseph is also an adjunct Professor of LD217 Small Scale Landscape Design at NHTI in Concord NH and an avid gardener,
fisherman and skier.
Evan Rosenthal
Landscape Foreman
Evan received an Associates Degree of Applied Science
in Landscape Development and Ornamental Horticulture from SUNY Cobleskill. Prior to PAI, he worked for a company that specialized
in transplanting large trees and shrubs for reuse. Evan’s knowledge of plant installation and transplanting techniques
are valuable assets to the construction team. Along with his planting skills, he also has professional experience in hardscape
masonry installation, site grading, equipment operation, CDL trucking and installation detail training.
Outside
of PAI, Evan is motivated by his passion for the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, telemark skiing and motorcycle touring.
