Job Description
Pellettieri Associates Inc., an award winning landscape architecture design/ build firm, has been installing executive level residential designs for over 25 years.  We are currently seeking eager and qualified individuals to lead our installation crews through the complete construction process, from estimating to final construction details.  PAI supports a professional development atmosphere where the applicant must be capable of training, developing, and leading landscape installation crews.

Applicant Qualifications

• Applicant must be able to lead a crew through all aspects of landscape installation.
• Applicant should be experienced in most or all of the following:  plan and proposal comprehension, site preparation, hardscape installation (dry laid walls, patios, walkways, etc.), planting of trees, shrubs and perennials, compact construction equipment operation (excavator/ skid steer), and measurement tools (laser level, transit, and tape measurer).
• Applicant must be able to schedule and organize day-to-day operations of a landscape construction project including record keeping and communication.
• Valid drivers license required (CDL a plus).

Wage Salary, Benefits
Pay to commensurate with experience. Applicant Qualifications

• Basic understanding of landscape construction techniques.
• Writing and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and work as a team member.
• Physical strength and endurance necessary to accomplish physically demanding tasks safely.
• Valid driver's license.

Experience with the following is an advantage, but not required:

• Plan and proposal comprehension
• Site preparation
• Hardscape installation (dry laid walls, patios, walkways, etc.)
• Planting techniques (trees, shrubs, and perennials)
• Compact construction equipment operation (excavator/ skid steer).

Horticultural Assistant Position

Position Description: Garden maintenance including installation and care for perennials and annuals, large plant installation projects, pruning, and occasional landscape construction.
Pay commensurate with experience. This position offers the benefits of paid holidays, company sponsored events, student housing, personal tools, and boot allowance to Interns/ Student Employees.
