Architect: Sheerr & White Residential Architecture

Locating a 5,000+ sf home on less than one sloping acre, while meeting all state and local regulations, was only successful with the collaboration of several design professionals. Carefully coordinating with the architect, the house was positioned two inches from each side setback and twelve feet back from the fifty-foot, lake setback. This increased green space between the house and lake, provides an environmentally important buffer area to add native plant material. The site plan was also modified to include a loop drive that accommodates a state of the art, 6-bedroom, leach field.  Carefully locating the septic system within the loop ensured seamless integration into the landscape, improved vehicular circulation and added privacy for the house.
