Jennifer joined the PAI team in 2018 after almost 15 years in the nonprofit sector, where she specialized in supporting and growing organizational capacity for small businesses with big goals. During this time, she successfully managed and improved operational systems, processes and policies; improved financial planning and systems; increased effectives and efficiency of office systems; and played a leadership role in long-term strategy.
Jennifer received a Masters in Business Administration - Strategic Leadership from Dominican University in 2010.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband Graham and dog Chase. As a California transplant in New Hampshire, she looks forward to exploring all that New England has to offer.
